The new DC logo has been designed by branding agency Landor. At first glance I was underwhelmed by DC’s new branding, it has a rather corporate feel to it and I found the turn of the D (page) slightly old school like the 2.0 peeling stickers used on some sites. Read the rest of this entry »

A year of freelancing

A few of weeks ago I woke up to the news that Steve Jobs had died. As with most other designers, techies or anyone owning an Apple product, I was saddened by the news, but I also felt invigorated and motivated to produce an idea that could actually change the future of other human beings, very much like he had done over and over again. Why a visual task system has proven so productive
Since becoming a freelancer last year, I have found it very difficult to keep my mind on track and balance the daily tasks required for clients and personal projects.
